Grandstand Media Ltd, a company registered in England under number 2889798 with registered office at Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 2LZ. (“we” or “us”) is the organiser of the British Showjumping National Championships and Stoneleigh Horse Show under licence from the British Show Jumping Association. We operate the website at www.bsnationalchampionships.co.uk (“the Site”).

In this Privacy Statement: references to “you” means any person submitting any data to us or this Site about himself or herself or about any other living individual in respect of any use of the Site; and the “British Showjumping National Championships and Stoneleigh Horse Show” means the show under that name which we run periodically.

When you use different aspects of the Site, we may ask you to supply us with various information about you, your property or anyone who you represent. This Privacy Statement sets out the way in which we may use such information.

Additional Terms and Conditions Regarding Hotel Room Purchases

In relation to these additional terms and conditions, who is Grandstand Media Limited;

Given the nature of this booking there is no right of cancellation under the (information, cancellation and additional charges) regulations 2013. However it may be possible to amend the booking at the discretion of Grandstand.

We would recommend that you consider taking insurance to cover the purchase and any unforeseen cancellation eventualities.

All hotel rates are Bed and Breakfast, therefore breakfast is included with all bookings.

Check in and check out times are specific to the hotel and specified on the confirmation for the booking.

Parking is not guaranteed nor included with this booking and will be payable directly to the hotel unless specified otherwise.

On departure, guests must vacate their rooms and check-out no later than the time specified for the specific hotel. Failure to do so will entitle the hotel to charge for an additional night at their standard rate.

Price lists for additional items, such as restaurant meals and room service, are on display at relevant locations in the hotel and available on request. All guests are liable for any room services, no additions are included as part of the bed & breakfast rate. All guest bills must be settled on check out.

In the event of non-arrival for the stay, no refunds will be applicable and 100% of the cost still applies.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.

The hotel reserves the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, annoying other guests or hotel staff or is behaving in an unacceptable manner.

Guests shall not carry out any electrical or other works at the hotel, including implication and lighting.

Guests shall not bring any dangerous or hazardous items into the hotel and remove any items promptly when requested by the hotel. In addition, guests shall not affix any material to any kind of floors, walls or ceilings.

Guests shall comply with all reasonable rules and procedures in effect at the hotel, including but not limited to health and safety and security procedures and statutory requirements as to registration.

Guests shall not bring their own food or drink into the hotel for consumption at the hotel.

Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult guest at all times.

Pets/animals are not permitted into the hotel unless otherwise stated.

The hotel has a central safe for use by guests. It is strongly recommended that guests do not leave valuables in their room. Guests will be issued with a receipt for any valuables kept in the central safe.

Whilst all reasonable efforts have been taken by us to ensure that Bookings made under this Agreement are able to proceed, we reserve the right to relocate any Booking to another hotel of similar size and standard in the locality. In making this booking you acknowledge that we and the hotel accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered by or caused to you in consequence of your relocation.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay by the hotel in performing any of its obligations under this Agreement including (without limitation) war or threat of war, civil or political action or disturbance, riot, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, bad weather, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), military activity, governmental or regulatory action, industrial dispute, act of God, failure of power or machinery, failure of or interruption in externally provided services and utilities, and all similar events outside the hotel’s control.

Guests will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause at the hotel.

Additional Terms and Conditions Regarding Speciality Ticket Purchases

Hospitality

In relation to these additional terms and conditions, who is Grandstand Media Limited;

Given the nature of these bookings there is no right of cancellation under the (information, cancellation and additional charges) regulations 2013. However it may be possible to amend the booking at the discretion of Grandstand.

We would recommend that you consider taking insurance to cover the purchase and any unforeseen cancellation eventualities.
Hospitality

You may change performances subject to availability and paying in advance any difference in price between the original purchase and the value of the new booking. Any change to your booking will incur a £15 administration fee per ticket, this may be waived should the change in value be greater than the £15.00 administration fee.

This booking is also subject to the terms and conditions of the National Agricultural and Exhibition Centre found here
We reserve the right to refuse admission to British Showjumping National Championships and Stoneleigh Horse Show to any person or to withdraw permission at any time to remain on the grounds, and shall not be required to give any reason for such action.

The allocation of seating in the hospitality area is made strictly at our discretion.

All tickets cannot be refunded unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled, therefore you need to check the details of the performance before booking and let us know upon receipt of the booking confirmation of any error.

Grandstand Media Ltd is not liable for lost, destroyed or stolen tickets and cannot guarantee to replace them. This applies to all tickets and accreditation: Hospitality Tickets and Special Ticket Packages.

All accreditation, is for exclusive use of one person. Tickets are not transferable and their resale for profit or commercial gain (except by us or our authorised sub-agents) or use in promotions or packages without the express permission of the organiser is prohibited and may render them void.

Please check details such as timings and car park charges with the venue before travelling, as these may be subject to late changes.

You must produce a valid ticket to attend the event and removing parts of, defacing or otherwise altering your ticket may render it void.

If you experience any problems with your seating or enjoyment prior to or during the event, please inform Grandstand staff immediately as issues cannot always be resolved after the event.

There is no use of cameras, video or sound recording equipment without express permission in writing by Grandstand Media and any unauthorised use of such items may be confiscated.

By attending the event you consent to being filmed / recorded as part of the audience for security and broadcast, without payment.

These terms and conditions are the Competition Rules (‘’Rules’’) and apply to competitions on the British Showjumping National Championships and Stoneleigh Horse Show ‘’Site’’ www.bsnationalchampionships.co.uk. (‘’Competition’’), unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering a Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.

The Competition is organised by Grandstand Media Ltd (“Grandstand”) of Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 2LZ.
Grandstand reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or Rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Grandstand’s reasonable control. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of Grandstand shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

By entering a Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Grandstand reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

The prize winner will be chosen at random by an independent judge from all qualifying Entries within 30 days of the closing date. The decision of the judge and Grandstand shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

Grandstand reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
